Debby Fosdick
Family Support Manager
Debby has worked with BPB as the Family Support Manager since 2024. In her role, she oversees all programs and services directly related to our refugee and immigrant families. She helps families identify their goals and access the resources they need to work towards self-sufficiency. Her favorite part of the role is being able to live her values by helping newcomers. She also enjoys supporting our dedicated volunteer mentors and tutors, and interacting with all ages from babies to parents is so rewarding.
Before working at BPB, Debby had a career in human resources, specializing in employee relations in the technology sector of Fortune 100 companies like Compaq, Hewlett Packard, and Cisco Systems. In the latter part of her HR career she volunteered with Hands of Peace, a nonprofit organization which brought together Israeli, Palestinian and American teens for dialogue and skill building. Debby served Hands of Peace as a Board member, Board Chair, and Executive Director.
She calls Glenview home and loves to spend time with her rescue dog, Piper.
