Co-Founder
Ahlam (Al-Jebory) Mahmood and her children arrived in the United States in 2008 from Iraq through Syria. They became U.S. citizens in 2013. Ahlam inspires others through her determination to create something good amid suffering working with ICNA Relief Chicago and co-founding and volunteering for Building Peaceful Bridges. In her free time, she relaxes with friends over tea and stories.
