Mentorship Program
Ismail was born in Afghanistan and arrived in the United States in 2020 under the SIV program. In Afghanistan, he served as a translator with the U.S. and British military. Since arriving in the U.S., he has been working to support his family, assisting other refugee families and providing translation services. He also received his commercial driver’s license. His is married and has five young children.
