Volunteer Coordinator
Lesley Allen, a consultant with expertise in people leadership and software implementation, joined BPB in 2021 to develop our people management system and oversee our Volunteer Management program. With her leadership, we are streamlining our volunteer recruitment and onboarding processes, and working through several ongoing projects. While most of her work has been internal, Lesley’s dedication to understanding the resettlement process led her to complete a program on refugee rights through Amnesty International. Her commitment to BPB’s mission and volunteers has been unwavering.
